Is this a '66 or '67 Mark IV model ?? I'm not real familiar with the original GT 40's ... Atencio 01-14-2006, 11:16 PM Looks like a 66 Mark II. The Mark IV prototype was originally designed in early 66, did some qualifying heats but never raced. As far as I know all are considered 67's s they were built during the winter of 66-67. Also I believe the Mark IV's were running dual quad carbs. Only thing that has me preplexed is that if it is a Mark II it should have gas caps on both sides of the car. edit: I wonder if it is one of the newer reproduction GT40s that Holman-Moody make?
