I think it is Raborn, but not sure. I have one of these dirt oval cars. I need help fixing it up, but i don't know how to get any info.

Does anybody know how to find web site, phone number, address, parts, instr manuals, etc etc etc ??

Sorry but RAYBORN has been out of business for almost 10 years.. Parts are going to be very very hard to find.I have never seen any even on ebay.. i look at alot of vintage stuff to... i dont think they ever had a website..I know tower use to sell the kit and some parts.. Maybe call them up and ask if they have any old stock..
