For our first night we are very pleased with the turnout! Thanks to all 17 participants and other spectators for coming out and enjoying a competitive night of racing. We were a little late in getting started because of my inexperience with the software, but once we got it figured out we were off and running! Special thanks to Jamie Jeffers for his help.
We had 9 EDM Bigblock Modified Cars (19 turn spec motors), 2 Sportsman Trucks, and 6 Bigblock Modified Trucks.
Erv Miller made a heck of a run at Chico in the EDM Cars A Main. He did it the hard way from the B Main. Close racing down to the end with 2nd-5th position within 1 1/2 laps!
Big Jeff Kloos made it a close race in the trucks. Every time Zach made a mistake he was there and almost came up with the win. Unfortunately Jimmer had radio problems and couldn't run--he may have been there in the end.
Troyer Gill stuck to his game plan and pulled out his 1st win of the season in Sportsman Trucks. Don't count out Matt; he is improved and wanting to take a win.....maybe this week!
