guy on ebay was selling viper edge car..... i won seller refused to carry thru with sale. seller goes by....d-borccars has feedback score of 0. he is from hellertown pa. his name is craig sprauge. just thought everyone should know.

yeah man yoiu are right... it is him!! i recognize the name.. d-bo. i hate to make a fuss but if you sell on ebay with no reserve.... whatever the car sells for is what it sells for. i was watching this car for 7 days and when i win.... he won't sell. i just think that is dirty and shows poor character on his part. well at least now i can follow him on this site and warn as many people as i can.

I did a trade with him. He told me I was getting a 0700 and a Dale JR body that was never drilled. I got a 10L4 and a Hacked up body that fits nothing.

Looks like he isnt paying for auctions he wins either.. up to negative 3 now..

If you fill out the proper forms and give him a negative feedback, I think his account will be removed from Ebay. It looks like his days are numbered on there anyway.

Always somebody out there giving our hobby a bad name. Sorry for the losses you guys have incurred. Here's an idea, don't know if it will do any good, but......In Vegas, the known cheats aren't allowed in the Casinos, or if they do get in, and are discovered, they are pretty much asked to leave. Now most guys that have stuff for sale usually run at particular tracks and are known there. Maybe thru these forums, there can be a list, that is compiled and updated and sent to the race tracks and hobby shops with the names of these individuals that are basically out there riping people off. If the owners of the shops and tracks have any scrupples, they can refuse to allow them to race or purchase parts etc. I know this might seem harsh, but ripping people off needs to be addressed. Just my two cents. Hope you guys get some restitution

Turn him in to ebay. I just had a friend with the same trouble he won no reserve and the guy would not sell it to him. ebay gave My buddy $30.00 from the guys account for not following thru.

i tried to contact ebay because i was concerned that if i left neg. feedback for him not selling me the car when i bid and won, that he would do the same to me, but all that they told me was that they cannot restrict feedback for either party reguardless of the situation. so i decided to go ahead and give the neg. feedback. they never sent me any other options for the situation though. but i had no idea he was also posting on hobby talk, until my buddy burbs sent me the proof that it was the same guy. the guy even said he cares nothing about his rep., so what can you do to someone who does not care? it is a real shame to, because he has some nice cars for sale. he just recently had a pro parts big daddy car that i would have tried to get because it is a car i have never owned but after not following thru with the viper car i said no way. i would also like to say that to hear from a real legend like bud on a situation good or bad that pertains to me....... i feel honered. this is a guy who i wanted to be like when i was younger and one of the people who really energized me to enter oval every time i opened a car action mag............. thanks bud!!

at least you didnt pay and then didn't get the car. guess someone didn't realize they could set a "reserve" price when selling on ebay and was disappointed when the bid was so low.

don't worry.. alot of good people here.. just ask us "senior members" and we'll point you in the right direction.
