I'am just about to start a tamiya M41 walker bulldog and when looking at the back of the manual by painting and applying decals the manual says the bolts holding the road wheels on are painted matt yellow is this correct ?

Can't vouch for the Bulldog but on P-2/P-4 crash trucks we used yellow paint over the nuts as a torque checker. If the paint didn't line up the nuts had shifted.
