But that is just me... Jeff roadrner 01-01-2006, 11:32 PM Let me get another Bullet. I'll pass. :freak: rr joez870 01-01-2006, 11:41 PM should be 30.00? twelve 01-01-2006, 11:50 PM At the MOST it's worth half that. No way on $300. zanza 01-02-2006, 06:06 AM The guy maybe think that his Jaguar with a possibly Vibrator chassis under is a super rare car....who knows :drunk: T-jetjim 01-02-2006, 06:41 AM Maybe he was influenced by the Barrett-Jackson Car auction on the Speed Channel? (LOL). Some crazy prices. Jim sethndaddy 01-02-2006, 08:24 AM another case of "ya know dem lil slot cars is werth a lolla money" jack0fall 01-02-2006, 10:27 AM The guy maybe think that his Jaguar with a possibly Vibrator chassis under is a super rare car....who knows :drunk: I thought I read in the description that there were no chassis's under the bodies... Come to think of it, that does make them more rare... :D Jeff AMX 01-03-2006, 12:36 AM What the hell....I see a watch auction when I click that......WTF? jack0fall 01-03-2006, 01:12 AM What the hell....I see a watch auction when I click that......WTF? Nope its not you. The buyer must have gotten some flack about the $$ he was asking for and pulled the listing... Maybe there is some hope for the "greedy evil doers" yet. Jeff AfxToo 01-03-2006, 01:06 PM Not to beat a dead horse - again, but why is someone who doesn't ask a price that we think is appropriate for a product that is completely discretionary to our lives somehow evil? If someone asks more for a discretionary purchase than I'm willing to spend then I don't buy it. Who is harmed by this? Any seller who purposefully misrepresents a product, tries to deceive buyers, or uses E-Bay inappropriately is wrong. But outside of those reasons anything that sells on E-Bay was obviously priced appropriately for at least one buyer. E-Bay is a buyer controlled marketplace. zanza 01-03-2006, 02:32 PM AfxToo, I like to read your comments on a lot of subjects.... You're a truly wise guy  jack0fall 01-03-2006, 04:33 PM AFXTOO, I agree whole hardily... P.T.Barnum said it best "there is a sucker born every second"... or something like that. IMHO the auction was a farce from the get go. Jeff Slott V 01-03-2006, 06:13 PM AFXTOO, I agree whole hardily... P.T.Barnum said it best "there is a sucker born every second"... or something like that. Jeff You know I found out that PT Barnum never said that- it's an urban myth. Do a search and you'll see. Nice watch. Be sure and put it in your e-Bay "watch" list. -Doh! :p  vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
