hi i have a old tecumseh snow blower that was barely used then sat for about 10 years. im trying to get it running again but it has no good spark. i replaced coil points and condenser still nothing. it will sometimes give a very weak spark not enough to start it. one question i have is there are 2 magnets inside the flywheel one is fixed the other is loose meaning it can move around is this correct any help appreciated

both of the magnets should be fixed to the flywheel, gap on the points were set right? is the coil outside the flywheel? or inside?
