I finally got my MTD snowblower w/ Tecumseh 4cycle engine running after rebuilding the carb.How do you go about a precise setting of the Idle & mixture ?

one to one and a half turns out from snug, don't wrench it down, you can damage the needle's tip, then you'll need a new one, fine tune when fully warmed up.
