Is there practice on Friday?

I think people start to practice from thursday on....they did last year...
so for sure friday, last friday they never closed...24hrs.....

I believe the track will be open till 8 on Thursday night, opening back up at 8 Friday morning and staying open through the night for practice until 11:00am Saturday morning, at which time the track will close for concourse and drivers meeting.

flyers will be at the tracks and in the mail to the racers that Chad has on file this week.they are finally done and going out.

Are you guys talking about Friday as in tomorrow? If so, what time is the track opening? I'd like to come in for some practice too. Please post if anyone knows for certain. Thanks

Nick.....You dont need any more track time...Put your car in a protective foam box till the blast so nothing happens to it.......hehehehehehehhehe

Well, unfortunitly, the track is NOT open tomorrow friday 12/23....
I guess we will have to waite till 2 weeks.....bummer.....

Paul, what time will you get to the track Monday? I'll come down and do some laps, I'd figure alot of folks will be off that day, and looking to get out of the house for a while. Please post and I'll meet ya there.

The track will be closed for the weekend of Christmas. The track will open from 4pm to 9pm on Monday if anyone would like to practice. The track will open Friday December 30th at 5pm to 11pm and Saturday the 31st will be open from 10am to 4pm. Sunday will be closed. Paul

I'd like to put the 12th scale car through it's paces, but my bodyman hasn't sent me anything yet. I will do some laps with the 19 turn and 10th mod cars.

Ok so explain something to me here. Why does Paul know all this, and Chad who supposedly owns the damn place have nothing to say or post. I can't explain for the life of me why all the info regarding the schedule and hours of operation are always posted by some second or third party.

Its open monday because I am opening it Monday not Chad. Chad is not going to be in the state.He is going away.He will be back on Friday the 30th.I couldn't be there last night. I am just tring to help a friend out. Paul

Everyones frustration has nothing to do with guys like you, Paul, who help out by opening the track. It's the direction Chad is heading with his so called management of the track. He obviously has no clue on what it takes to run a business, or from what most of get from him, he just doesn't care. Not only has he tried to survive without any inventory in the so-called hobbyshop, now it's a guess whether the track will open on any given day. I, like you and everyone else who tries to run at K&N on a regular basis, have alot of money and time tied up in this hobby, then, to have a track owner who constantly reinforces that he just doesn't give a hoot, surely makes it difficult to be loyal. Not sure how long we can all continue this way. The track needs regular business hours, and they need to be adhered to, no matter what.

Also frustrated in Mass.

An up date on the schedule for new years weekend the track will be open on sunday for its normal hours. Paul Merry Christmas everyone.

Who's attendiing threw this weekend? 6,7,8th? I know there's a race in maine, but i'm sure not everyone will attend. I'd like to be there fri nite for some 1/12 19T pratice and hopefully sunday. If i get my way, I'll be there all 3 days.

I have been waiting for the KN website to be updated for a while now. If flyers went out for the Winter Blast, I never got one and I should be on the mailing list. Is there a way to get one sent to me via email as a pdf or even a jpeg file? Thanks.

I just seen the other post saying flyers went out recently. So maybe I'll be getting one in the mail this week.

I will be there on Friday for sure and either Saturday or Sunday. I would prefer Saturday because I can just leave my stuff there overnight. Depends on who and how many are coming on Saturday.

In the past, the downstairs has been available either Thursday or Friday. I'm not sure what Chad's agreement is for the downstairs this year. I have set up on Friday the past few years and there has been plenty of space available.

I know at one time they were running on Mondays......Its a Holiday....Was taking a chance to ask.......

I say open!!!!!!! why not open more days on regular basis to bring in more business? What's gonna be done after the blast to keep things active at K&N? any plans?

Chad and I plan on ,getting the website back up with a new homepage and info on a REGULAR basis.and hours and a schedule hopefully that works for both the track and the racers.everyone knows in business its a 2 way street you wanna make the racers happy and make them wanna come back but also you need the racers to help with the bills just the heat alone in the winter must be thru the roof with the cost of heat these days.so thats why you need to plan the rest of the 2006 season soon and get it on the website along with on here.John

If you are going to update the website, now's the time "before" the blast because a lot of people will be looking at it in the next 14 days.

Congrats to Charlie Stewart for his run in 19 turn today, 60, 4:01, guess he couldn't wait to lay it down and put me a full lap off again. I'll be back next weekend to do some more tuning, see you then.
