No, it is not legal to change to magnets that are not standard in that can.

The Reedy or Orion stock motor magnets are FB9s....same stuff in the mods....they are very strong and rarely need zapping.....however, the Trinity stuff is faster on the track.....but the magnets need be zapped more often....

So, choose yer flavor.....

Swapping the magnets or using a different can is illegal at most races and tracks.....
