Hi all, what a great site. I just bought a second hand snowblower, eatons with a B&S 6 hp. The problem is when i go to start clearing, the smallest bit of snow jams the auger type thing. When it jams, i can kick it and it slowly starts to turn after the snow gets out of it. Any ideas on how i can fix this. Thanks a million.

you can use something like a vegetable spray (safe to environment as well) to help keep it from sticking. is it belt driven, belts may be slipping

Thanks bugman, i got it figured out. I took the belt cover off and realised there was a lever near the bottom of the snowblower to engage the belt LOL. Snowblower newbie here.
