Just bought an almost new 5.5 2-Stage snow blower for $250 & want to add electric start. Is it a job for a professional or a mater with a screwdriver, like myself? Also what are the good & bad points anyone has encountered with this unit? Can't find a operating manual, any ideas? Thanks in advance,Mick

well, not knowing what brand engine... if it has powered lights, its gotta have a stator under the flywheel for powering them, if you have one, makes it so you can charge a battery, then you'll have to check the block if it even has mounts for a starter, if so you'll need a flywheel that can accept a flywheel ring gear for the starter.
