Billy Batson: Not up on kid actors but if you could find a 10 year old Tom Welling look alike
Captain Marvel: The only obvious choice, Patrick Warburton. he looks like Cap.
The Wizard Shazam: Michael Gough
Uncle Dudley: If he were still with us, Gordon Jump
Tawky Tawny: Would have to be CGI but for the voice, Jim Cummings

Villians include:
Dr. Sivana: Another who has left us, John Fiedler
Black Adam: I can't think of an actor for this role. Memory needs a good jog.
Mr. Mind: Another CGI character, voiced by Woody Allen. I don't know maybe it's the glasses.
