Howdy, I'm mostly only on the diecast side, but I'm thinking of getting back into RC too. So I'm going to try and hang out over here some. I live in McCalla, AL (one block from Lake View city line) and work in Bessemer. Was wondering what all there is around here for RC racing and stuff. Never really got into racing much. I raced once at an event in FL and won, but there were only two of us in the race. After that I was deployed and never really got back into it. I'm hoping in Jan or Feb I'll be able to get an electric buggy or truck to play with and maybe race. I have a gas T-maxx that I used to really love, but I think I'm getting tired of messing with gas for now. I just want something I can just put batteries in and go. Anyway any info for where to race and buy RC stuff around here would be great. :wave:

As for RC vehicles and supplies i only use MAC Hobbies 205-247-5555, also in Tuscaloosa. Tell Tim or Chriss that Scott sent ya. Hope you can visit the track soon. Thanks for the info. Funny thing, I stopped in there yesterday. I went the Comcast to yell at them for not getting my cable hooked up yet and spotted them. They seem nice. I asked about a thousand questions and they were happy to answer them.
