Yes, only difference is the trucks have to use "F" type brushes. Full face, no cutting or drilling.

14.02 R.O.A.R. legal rebuildable stock motors.
14.03 27 turns of 22Awg. 24 degree timing. Locked commutator.

Actually I need to revise the rules a little. The purple endbell stock motors will be legal too but are not ROAR approved stocks.

The purple stock motors will be legal in both the Pro Cup and the Craftsman Trucks. They do not require the ORL stamp on the arm.

If using a purple stock motor you must use the original arm. You can not swap parts. The motor rules are just being copied from the pro stock class from this past year in which you had to have a ROAR approved or a purple endbell stock motor. The purple endbell motor was used this past year too in sportsman class, both classes didn't have to have the ORL arm stamp. But must have the correct arm.

Below is from the sportsman 05 rules.
15.01 The only legal motor is the ORL Sportsman Outlaw Stock or Trinity purple endbell handout stock 27 turn, 22 awg, 24degree motor.
15.02 All endbell hardware must remain stock and may not be altered in any way. (no p-94 brush hoods or brushes), spring posts can be swapped. No pieces from other motors allowed.

Anyone interested in getting practice for the new Craftsman truck series, we will be starting that class at the Strand for the second point season. Possible even before the new point season if a few guys are ready.....

We should have the complete 2006 schedule out soon. Right now the only date to worry about is February 26. First race at Horsham RC Racing.

The Truck class should be pretty cool. Hopefully several tracks will be running them following the same rules.
