View Full Version : Perfect Circle Rc Updated
burbs 11-16-2005, 08:09 AM Hey guys just wanted to get the word out on some new products Lefthander rc will be carrying..
LEXAN BODY SCRUB.. This stuff is killer.. I got a bottle this weekend and it is amazing.. This was tested against bolink body wash. I tested it head to head and it took off every mark the bolink stuff did.. The bolink stuff is no longer available, but this scrub is through Perfect Circle and available .. It is lexan safe In stock at lefthander Retail 4.95 1.5 oz bottle
100 PACK OF STEEL DIFF BALLS.. High grade steel balls.. in stock at Lefthander.. Retail 7.95
THE PERFECT SHIM KIT Packaged and ready to go) Retail 12.95
Have you ever needed that one size shim to get your car set just right.. Are you tired of truing down your front tires every time you need a .010 -.030 adjustment? I was.. ?hy waste precious exspensive foam to get the proper chassis height? Well i have been using these shimms for a few weeks now, and they are awesome. They are lazer cut for tight tolerances. Each package includes 4 of each thickness shim. The Best part is .. THEY ARE COLOR CODED .. So you always know what shim you are grabbing, and what shims are on the car.... They are made from precision shim stock used in the machining industry.. They Do NOT compress under load.. .
YOU GET
.010 Brown X4
.015 pink X4
.020 yellow X4
.025 white X4
.030 orange X4
They come in a zipper bag so you can store them in there, and a tag so you have a quick color and thickness reference..
we have opted not to use the .060 nylon base shims with our kit.. we were unable to find a decent supplyer, and they were not consistent with there .060 rating. They also were not as rigid when tightening them down... Every car comes with some sort of base shim in the .060 range so that should work fine in addition to the shim kit..
More products to come this is just a short list of what is on its way.If you dont see it on there site be sure to ask them.. They just recieved a shipment of diff balls and body wash this week..

on a side note.. the pre production t plates were cut and checked over last night.. we had to make sure the drawings and such were all right on.. the test plates look cool..
wiscentral52 12-03-2005, 11:30 AM Burbs, we have used the body wash, it works very well. What applications are the t-plates going to be for?
burbs 12-03-2005, 02:12 PM were looking at 3-4 different styles of t plates.. all aplications.. with all of the other t plates out there, were basically tring to have a slightly diff feel.. and look..
burbs 12-05-2005, 05:07 PM I got the call today saying the t plates are done.. Im hoping to have them here and packaged within the week.. ill let you all know when they are ready to go..
erock1331 12-05-2005, 05:36 PM Burbs,
are the plates, steel, glass or Phenolic ?
burbs 12-05-2005, 06:22 PM The first run of plate are steel..we will be looking at fiberglass and grafite t plates shortly..
RC5150 12-06-2005, 01:28 PM Used the body scrub this past weekend. This stuff works really well.
burbs 12-09-2005, 10:09 PM Picked up the t plates tonight. keep an eye out they will be ready soon..
burbs 12-10-2005, 10:46 PM I JUST GOT SOME BAD NEWS ON THE T PLATES..
I picke them up and was going over them to make sure they all teched out.. The guy who cut them for us screwed up 90% of them.. Dont ask me how but the quality he did is definatley not what we wanted.. It looks to me he had to large of a cut and made some parts on the t plate to thin.. in some cases i see this as a possible breaking point.. We are out to offer a very high quality lasting t plate. so this batch doesnt make the cut..
we are currently looking for a diff person to give the quality work we stand for.. Please bear with us till we get this worked out..
i do have a few that are ok if anyone is interested in trying them for testing reasons please email us.. we only have a few, so please dont feel bad if we do not have enough to offer..but we would like some track feedback on them..
perfectcirclerc@yahoo.com thanks
burbs 01-14-2006, 10:32 AM Hey guys i just wanted to let everyone know.. Barry Hill and MSA has picked up our products.. So if you wouldlike your local shop to stock them please have them contact him..
Lefthander RC has been selling them for us since they were intoroduced..He has been getting an order from us almost weekly.. These are selling better then i ever thought they would..I would hope everyone who is using them loves them as much as we do..
We decided to not go any further with the t plates.. there is to many companies offering them right now.. we feel the market for t plates is spread to thin and it isnt really worth doing them..
But we do have some other really cool ideas on the way that we are testing..ill keep everyone posted as the get done..
THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT SO FAR FROM EVERYONE..

Just wanted to bring this to the top. These guys are making some really cool stuff. I don't think a whole lot of people know about it. I ordered the body scrub off of lefthanders site. Its pretty good stuff, and the bottle seals good so it won't spill in your pit box.

Thanks Mike. I just wanna tell everyone that these guys are making some really cool stuff. The front end shims are the best out there. When you have ride height rules, you need to be able to adjust height in small increments. The shims do not compress either, and they wont let the front end "wobble". All the other stuff is also worth a checking out.
http://www.lefthander-rc.com/catalog/index.php sells all the Perfect circle stuff.
