I find them all the time at a local flea market.
Got another 1999 Dale Jr. orange 11 True Value car last week.
Found a 2000 Earnhardt lt. blue #1 True Value car the week before.

I'll keep my eyes open for more.

I've only ever found them at Walmart. Got a couple of Earnhardt's (green and blue), Dale Jr., J. Gordon, and B. Labonte. I'll keep an eye out, but I can't remember last time I saw one. You never know, though.
