Everybody that sent me their email address so that I can send you a notice when the Super Modifieds (and other cars) are ready, you are now set up in my list. I have created a special group for Hobby Talk members that I'll use from time to time for special offers for board members...

The website should be up in a few days, preorders for the Super Modifieds will begin within a week. Anticipated delivery is around 12/16. Because of this date and allowing for any delays, I really can't guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, but updates will be posted on my website and here, and the moment they arrive, they will be out in the mail.

Preorders for the Speed Racer cars will begin in about a month with expected delivery late January.

Tooling will begin soon on the Cheetah Roadster for both T-Jet and X-Trac chassis, the repop of the original Cheetah, and on a remake of the 32 Ford Truck which will be called the 32 Hot Rod truck and will be made wide enough to fit the JL screw-on chassis. A remake of the slim-line version is also planned. I am targeting these for delivery in February.

Samples are being sent to the factory in the next few weeks for Gassers and Lead Sleds, which will be at least 8 different cars. Tentatively targeted for April/May. More details in the coming weeks.

Now for some 'Vaporware'... Work may resume soon on my pancake chassis which will include a snap in rear axle, a low ohm tri-lam or quadralam arm, polymer mags, easily changeable gear ratios, and possibly have the ability to add traction mags, should one choose to do so. More on this 'soon'...

If you would like to be added to my email list to receive any updates, and if you would like to be included in the Hobbytalk group for that list, please send your name, hobbytalk ID and email address to dtc@execpc.com.

Thank you,

Dan

Hi Randy,
I will more than likely start to be at most every show that I can get to in order to get the word out. I'm very sorry that these weren't done in time to be at the show the past weekend, but that's the way it goes...

Yes it is..
But I did copy his stuff without Dan's permission.
(Even if it was to here...)

And on another note, Dan you really need to go to Ho World
http://www.howorld.net/pages/pageone.html
and submit a link or tell your story about your business.
