The latest wave of matchbox cars are out. Heres a pic of the new Dodge Magnum Police car.

Dodge gave one of those to one of the police departments here. I'll need to pick that badboy up.

Don't like the card art, though.

Does this mean we'll get to see multitudes of cards with the truck 'art' for a whole year? Well, at least it's not a treasure chest.
The card looks like it's missing something below the truck and above the blister bubble. Are they planning some jumbo size castings that will fill in this space?

Just picked up my first one with this card art, really not a fan of it. I like the very clear type on the side with the make/model, but I really do not like the animated 4x4 graphic. I just think a more realistic graphic would make it look like a higher quality product

I just picked the Magnum up tonight,along with an International armored truck. Both are very nice!

i got the jeep rescue and the mercedes benz actros 1857 semi - this is one bad ass semi 3 thumbs up on this casting. this casting could be the next racing truck in the semi racing field. just something for mattel to think about! in the future.

I am so glad to see that MatchBox is getting back to the basics of real cars instead of the goofy cars they were making.

I picked up 3 Dodge magnams today. They did a very nice job on them. I only wish they would have a metal base instead of plastic.

I think Matchbox is on a strong come back. I will be buying more of them now.:thumbsup:
