You guys might remember me posting this little monstrosity...

Well, it was bugging me that I couldn't actually TOW anything with it. If you've ever tried to pull anything with a Tjet, you know that any good weight behind the rear axle just lifts the pin out of the slot and the pickup shoes off the rails. What I needed, I figured, was a wheelie bar. So I got around to tinkering, and with a Tjet axle and 2 wheels/tires, a couple of body mount screws, and a paper clip, I Frankensteined this:

so now I can do this:

I know, I know, a Ford towing a Chevy just ain't right... lol

but the El Camino just happens to have a spun driven gear, so the rear axle turns freely and I can tow it with the rear wheels on the ground.

The motor under the truck is an original Tuffy. I think I could give an AFX Semi a good run for the money...

Ingenious wheelie bar to keep the nose down. I probably would have weighted the front down so much, the truck would hardly move.
