Well if one was to look at the F1 series out in cali that was almost dead it seems that if there was new life that is being pumped into it once again with a new comer to the R/C world in the form of a new Chassis they are running out west and some races in the midwest.
They are running 10 turns and laptimes the same or if not better than the Touring cars of today.
We also hear of a whisper of a new Chassis Design in 2WD and 4WD and a Nitro all running a belt system it looks as if we might have a wave of F1 races returning to the tracks in the USA.
