Hey guys, sorry if this is in the wrong spot, but Im new to the slot car scene and dont have any clue where to post this. On to the question, where can I find replacement tires for my AFX bronco slot? I havent had much luck looking for them and I dont really even know where to begin. Anyone have any suggestions? For the fronts, you can probably get original-type tires, but it's cheaper to get some o-rings at a hardware store. That's what lots of guys use for AFX fronts.

Hey, you said you're new here... if you check the Round 2 board, there's a couple of threads about new slot cars that Round 2 is coming out with once they get off the ground. One of them is a repop of that Bronco...

You can also goto RoadRaceReplicas ( http://www.ho-slotcars.com ) as I believe he has tires....
Also ncphobbies.com might have American Line Repros ....apparently they both only have silicone tires...
I guess it all depends on how 'original' you want them....
I grabbed a load of original tires that were rubber before they ran out at places.
Also Im guessing you can snatch up the JL Pit kits that have the Xtraction tires

recently i bought a mess of o-rings ($30 worth, 400 o-rings of assorted sizes) and a bunch of weird jacks tires (400 odd pairs).

i can spare a set of o-ring fronts and weird jack's rears for a newbie!
