supercool, I like seeing things that I never new existed in the slot car world. A few years ago a guy had a blue/white/black Mercury aurora magna traction car up, came with the original art work/schematics..............I reached about 9 thousand bucks and the RESERVE STILL WASN'T MET.

I'm glad I'm more into the racing end then the collecting end of slot racing.I'd go broke.Very interesting from a historical standpoint.Thanks for pointing that out.

That snowmobile struck an old memory bank.I kind of remember there being a set with two snowmobiles in it,with the track colored white instead of black.Was there ever such a thing????

Does the phrase "Not a snowball chance in hell" mean anything. That's just plain CRAZY in my book, but then again, that's just my book.

Yeah, according to the Aurora book there was a White track Snowmobile set and the Orange track for the Sand Van/Buggys to get rid of excess stock I believe

I remember seeing it back in the day in a now long gone department store that was around here called "Two Guys".

I remember that I thought it was really stupid.
Kinda cool now tho.

Ah yes.. Two Guys. That place had the BEST hobby dept (as far as slotcars went...) I still remember trying to talk my Mom into buying all that stuff when Two Guys went out of business..
Needless to say... Didn't work...

I watched that all week I was amazes,but Big time Is Big $$$$$$$$$.Now they can say I got 1 of 2 ever made Until some resin caster or good painter makes one up for fun of it to bust some chops.you got to love the rich beatting up on the rich!
