I’ve opened these new forums for a couple of reasons. First is that I have been a machinist in a past life (21 years) so I have some knowledge of machining. I have also started to do some power coating. While I’ve only just started, I’ve learned a lot in the short time I have done it.

We also have a number of other members that do machining, painting and other metal working as a job or a hobby. So I figured this may be a good place for everyone to share their ideas.

Have fun!

I work as a Tinner for a Heating and Air Conditioning company. I build the sheet metal duct and fittings along with what ever else we need made. If it is made out of sheet metal....I can build it.

Our Shop Forman is in Florida on vacation this week. I am not supposed to be on the Companys Computer so, don't tell anyone O.K.....lol
