hi

i recently ordered 2 bag-o-rejects from weird jack. i was looking to get 60 pairs or so of AFX/JLXT tires, then i was going to sell the extras i didnt use.

for those of you who dont know, weird jack makes black hawk silicone slip on tires. ive used them for years with good results. apparently he has a few tires from each batch that have some minor flaw. he collects those blems and then sells them in bulk. i got 2 bags for $50 including shipping. the bags each contain a random mix of his tires.

67 pairs of Tjet ribbed thins
42 pair hot rod lo pros
17 pair tough ones
88 pair AFX standard
48 pair afx butt ugly (lo por afx)
78 pair afx butt ugly wides???

422 pairs.

From a performance standpoint, how "reject" were these? Man that's a boatload of tires...sounds like a great deal!

these tires work great. ive bought jacks 1st quality tires as well, and from a performance standpoint i cant tell a difference. i have bought a bag of rejects before, and from that one only 2 pair (out of about 200) were unusable (1 pair chunked badly and another pair was out of round)

That's a great deal. I just bought a 150 pair of asst'd tires from him. The whitewalls are awesome, little pricey but look great and perform well.

I have bought a set of the interiors for converting a car to a convertable. awesome, and he even threw in a few extra pieces.

I bought many of his good tires and a Bag-O-rejects and there is not much difference that I can see. Ad his tires are the best I've ever run. Many of the other silicones I've used get dusty very fast and and start sliding too much. Jack's don't seem to do that to me. They grip well, but don't throw the car into a tumble either.
