Jimmy used to live in Tennessee and now up in PA. He owes several guys here including me. He also owes up there in PA I have heard. He tried to use a stolen credit card with me a few months ago to pay his bill and I have not heard anything back since then.

If you see him tell him it will catch up with him one day!!

To meet this guy you would never think it could be true..but sadly it is! I know of three hobby shops he owes & hopefully he will do the right thing.

Jim owes us a check also. Has been in and when asked about repayment......... i'll get back to you on such & such a day is the reply.

where at in PA is he?? because I know if he owes at the Hobbyshop I deal with out near me in Trooper,Pa HobbyHut..the owner would have him arrested fast.

From what I "understand" from talking to Jimmy, he has/had paid everyone off. (?) :confused: Jimmy D has been paying down at SCH as well.

I Talked with Allen at Greeneville Speedway Saturday no money from him yet! I don't think Eric would post if he were paid either!

Man I can only say WOW to this one.. I met him at an arcor race once >>hard to read that about him....He seemed like a stand up guy there...Strange..

I spoke with Allen And EA will all be cleared up 1st of Nov. Sorry for all the problems, Some things are unexpected .I have met some great people in this Hobby. Met many friends hope to see all of you soon. They will post when its cleared up. Jimmy D

Yes Jimmy did call me and told me to give him till the 1st of November. He has also called Allen and Hacksaw and told them the same thing. I'll post here once his bill is taken care of.

Jimmy left me a voice mail the other day saying that he had a death in the family and would send the money as soon as he got home. Thats been a week. So we'll see if it shows up later this week.

Hi there All Jimmy D still owes me some money and he has a motor and a comm lathe of mine. He says he has to get back to steel city to get the stuff he left there after the last big race because he had a death in the family and had to leave quickly. so his stuff is supposed to be at the track. But the last time he called he talked to my brother and not to me. i really did not want to post here but when i read that he was to have everyone paid. I just wanted people to no thats not true.

but its a pretty big amount, I am just passing on info cuz I was asked if I knew him or have seen him? Just trying to do the right thing..

Jimmy was in today, continues to pay down on his bill... should be paid off soon I hope.... and others too. I believe he has 2 decent jobs so hopefully everyone will be happy for the holidays. :thumbsup:

glad to here that mike but all i still get are nothing but lies from him as to when he going to pay what he owes me. he keeps telling me one thing and i wait for him to show up and he dont. but he can still go racing .

unfortunate as it seems he had some decent relations with people. This is a tight community to be burning bridges like this.

Been told the money is in the mail a dozen times. Tuesday of this past week he "said it was going to be next day air mailed" Here it is Friday and I still dont have it. Come monday afternoon its going to be handled by his local sheriffs department for fraud.

Same story different day....He gets paid on Thursday and said he would send the money...This is like 4 weeks in a row he is "sending" the money.....Its about time to let the local sheriff's department handle it for CC Fraud:( I wont get any money that way but at least he'll get what he deserves.

Nobody gave him credit!! He wrote bad checks & used bogus credit cards as I've been told.

tough to defend someone in his shoe's. Friend or not this person is without a doubt someone that doesn't deserve trust. It's obvious he "owes" EA and has admitted it and state monies will be sent but as of yet nothing has been done.

I pitted next to him at a race..he seemed like a great guy..But that has nothing to do with debt repayment/writing bad checks, using stolen cards, etc etc..

There have been too many people/shops jump in here and claim the same thing as eric.. So EA is NOT the problem here..

I know both of them, WHAT UP EA ... jimmy is a good racer,and a great talker.. i like to race with and against him, but i told him I WILL NOT TALK OR RACE WITH HIM TILL THIS IS TAKEN CARE OF !!

I will get EA, payed off buy the first of the year. I never stoled a cc# from anyone no one else has had a problem with my cc. And i owe two other guys in Tn, all will be payed in Jan., I race when i can not much working to jobs i had some personal family problems that had to be worked out first. I have raced with alot of you guys never tried to take advantage of anyone. I can admit when things are done wrong. But the other matters have had to be taking care of first.
