I lost my bookmark or must have delete it by accident. I am looking for the link to free license plate decal. Anyone know? I did search here but no luck.

I dont think i explain it clear enough - there was a link from someone on this hobbytalk a while ago telling us that you can make custom license plate decals for ho cars.. any idea?
