Shane,

Is this going to be a Series....like what AJ use to do? Also, why so late all of a sudden? Most of the Iowa boys race the next day at Vinton or Dubuque.

The start time is 4:00pm, not because that is the greatest time but because unfortunatly both myself and Mike actualy have real jobs and they require Mike and sometimes myself to work on Saturday. With that said we will be there around 3:00-3:30, someone will always have it open at 9:00am. Sorry for the inconvienance.

We were talking about running ever other week, but with our schedule it just was not going to be possible right now. We are talking about doing some other stuff and may add a date later.

Shane,I hope that I speak for a majority of the oval racers in our area but we appreciate any efforts you are making to have oval at your facility.I personally will travel the 3 hours to race at your track whenever my schedule allows.

There should be about 6 of us from st. Louis area that will be coming up to race brushless this year. We might be there next Saturday. Won't be able to make the Nov. 12 race, we will be in Omaha for there race that weekend.

We might run both stock and brushless.

We are real glad you guys are running oval still, really like racing there.

The scoring system will be on for practice, we could print out some practice results every now and then if you ask for them. I should be there this saturday to open, but Mike our race announcer will be there around 3:30..

Also, I should be up to the track around noon on Friday, so anybody wanting to start practicing could show up anytime after 12:00 and we will still stay open till 9:00pm

Hard to say since no one has run there yet.. But if i were to guess.. id say BSR white rears, black right front, and green left front.. at least that is where i am starting out..

Last year I ran white rears, black right front and a grey left front (Jaco's). But with the new carpet...the tire choice may be slightly different.

Mark,

I just noticed this post, YES we will be running this schedule as a points series, trophies will be awarded to the top 3 drivers in each class (or only the guys that make enough races) There will be 1 drop from the posted schedule allowed. Hope to see you this weekend for the opener.

Mark, I think with the new carpet they have for this year, I'd run 3 grays and a gray/silver on the RF for stock. The new carpet seems to have a lot of bite.
