Hello! Just bought a Creative Sound System for my computer. My sound card is Audigy Creative 1(not live!) which supports 5.1. The sound system has on its remote a button that "emulates" 5.1->7.1. The problem is i can only hear 6 speakers. The sales agent told me that i can use it on a 5.1 sound board. He had them linked to an onboard 5.1 sound card with 3 jacks and all of the speakers were good. The woofer has in the back a lot of jacks. On the first "row" it has three. It doesnt matter what speaker i plug in, but de Middle one does not respond. None of the speakers are faulty. If i plug them in any other jack i can hear them but in the "center" one i cannot. I really don't know what to do. pls help. thx

Check the settings, theres usually options for "7 chnl", "dolby" "Prologic2" etc, try different settings on those.
If all else fails, messing around with where the wires go on the back of the sub can usually fix things.
