From the 6" series, it's a Tootsietoy Kaiser Sedan, made from 1947 - 1949. One of my favorites, I like the sloped lines of this model.

gerald do you have any henry j .cars? werent they related to kaiser .

Henry J. Kaiser and Joseph Frazer joined up after WW2 to build cars. Their first cars were called a Frazer and a Kaiser. The Henry J. was last car to be built by the duo. In 1951 Kaiser and Frazer split apart and all of Kaiser's cars were now "Kaisers".
