Just got a new rc 18t and its making a wierd clicing noise. It doesnt seem to be lacking in any performance since me and my friend were racing and they were about the same. The noise seems to be coming from somewhere by the tires but i dont know :p Gears all seem fine. Its just annoying i cant even here my car over clicing noise :cry:

The 18T's most common clicking source is caused by the diffs not being properly shimmed and the ring gears skipping.

hmm i have know idea lol jk im the freind and i can't find anything wrong with it ether could it be the brass dog bone sleeves??

thanks ill have to work on it for him tommorow lol or teach him how.also another quick question is the trinity monster motor as good or worse then the baja im lookin for a new motor

I dont know anyone who likes the trinity motors.

For the cost the best motor you can get is a 6V Speed 300 they are only about $12 and as fast as a Baja

ok i figured out the problem i think ;) There were really small rocks in my spur gear so i took the cover off the bottom and cleaned it with a tooth brush :thumbsup: Now its fine
