You guys, this guy is a great guy! ive done a deal with a t4, a 12. cv motor for my gt, and misc. stuff with it. i gurenntee you he sent the e-maxx. and no, im not a/efreak. he lives in georgia and i live in Illinois. i guarretee you im not him. i'm just sayin that he i know wouldn't rip no one off, why would he want to??

Every week I read these.....Did he not get a recipt from the post office , that should be proof of ship. I have done a few deals on the page, came across so good folk. Lots of kids, and folk I would not deal with.Did you call him? Try to work this out BEFORE you posted????I call them , make sure the address and phone is valid via the Web, read feedback, Get an agrement e-mailed... and if there willing to do that much trade...Come on we are adults right?????

as for the guy about the receipt, NO there was NO proof of it even being sent, and when i asked him about it then i got this BS story about his friend spending part of the money so it was supposedly sent regular mail, BULL I am n ot buying it, and I have a NEGATIVE because of marcus, and it was in retaliation to my negative on him, so believe what you will, all I know is I got SCAMMED here for a $165 or a probnably busted up emaxx. as for the emails, you dont reply, you get threatened, simple as that, who needs to grow up Rob??? YOU. reply when i ask you a question like a normal person and maybe I wouldnt have to resort to this shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just talked to him today on the phone. he wouod not scam anyone, he helped me out really good with the engine i bought from him. If you would just calm down i bet he would listen. idk if their where threatening notes but if thier was iwouldn't responde either. i hope the maxx comes and everything is worked out.

well, look at it from my end if your so big and special, I send $165 to you, plus another $20 for the RUSH so you can get whatever you needed for your other truck, you "claim it is sent, then email me and say it was sent back, then ask for my address AGAIN, then say your going to send it priority, which by the way DOES have tracking, and never do, then you "say" your going to send me back my money, but never do, ..........HMMMMMMMMM wonder WHY I'm PISSED OFF????????

Put to a darn end shipper wheres your proof you sent it.Anywhere you ship a package you get a reciept prove it or shut the heck up

still NOTHING yet out of this poor deal, NO money, NO truck, NO COMMUNICATION from seller on ANYTHING. I have held off with the cops, but if this doesnt change they WILL have to be brought into this. all I want is this deal finished, either truck or money. I have been more than patient with this and feel i am being suckered. IF this is what he is considering a threatening letter, oh well, i feel being that it has been almost 2 months now, something has to be done.

Here is my 2 cents..

it is the responsibility of the shipper to make sure the buyer gets his item. It does not end until the buyer recieves his item. If after 2 months(way to long) no item has been recieved then the shipper(seller) should refund the buyer in full and make a claim with the co he shipped it through. if he lost or whatever the reciept then its his prob because you always no matter who you go through to ship get a reciept. I dont care how upset the buyer is even if he has threatened you with legal action etc you cant say you wont refund his money because of those threats bottom line you owe him a refund. you shouldnt be mad at the buyer for being upset after all he is out the $$$$ you should do whatever it takes to make it right. even if it ends up costing you $$$$$ thats part of doing business.
