does it use a internal, or windvane governor? ie external where it uses one link from the vane to the carb, two springs on new ones, and one on old ones, connected to a windvane.

it uses an internal governor,

as far as i read the throttle linkage somehow connects to the governor then the governor feeds the carb throttle i have not extra parts just one length of wire to connect two things and a spring.... the way its designed i can't figure it out ... i should have taken a picture to help me ...

yeah picture may help, though if its internal, may be like a quantum's internal one, or if its a external may be like a classic, or like a max series that uses a float carb instead.
