hey guys i am looking at purchasing some 19t motors. what is a good motor for 19t that is not very expensive but is good for racing. this would be for a huge outdoor oval track. for a reference we need something that can handle heavy gearing
these are what is available at our track
EA MT. FUJI
EPIC BASED FANTOM
QUAD MAGNET P-94
KC RACING MT.FUJI
KC RACING EPIC BASED
KC RACING YOKOMO BASED
i need some info about each of these motors

KC RAcing all the way. When it comes to 19 turn racing there is non better than KCR. I have a full line of the 19 turn motors. For heaving gearing I would stay with the cobalt or D5 based. MURDOCKRC@AOL.COM

Agreed.. Ive got some EA fuji motors, Kisebey D5's Fanton D5's and some Putnam Yoke based 19t's and the Putams still perform the best on the track.. My one EA mt fuji loooks a little better on the fantom but as I use the fantom the more I find the results to be misleading.. My best runs have been on Putnam power.

KC Racing all the way! I would highly recomend the Epic motor. I have won 3 national titles with KC Racings' 19turns.
The Fuji is a good one also, but I don't have much experience with it.

P.S. KC has killer battery packs as well!

Bulit Motorsports 19 turn... Don't buy the Fuji. They are on-road motors, and don't run out the back door very well. They do look good on the dyno, but don't run well on the big tracks. It might be alright on small bull rings....Stay with the regular D-5s

yesterday we had six 19t guys run in our first week and the fuji motors far outperformed the D5s. the D5s were fast early but dropped off late it the race where the fujis from Kcr never slowed down at all. the D5s were extremely fast up front with 5.9s and 6.0s up front where the fujis were 6.0s and 6.1s, but the d5s dropped off where the fujis were still running 6.4s at the end.
