I bought my very first 1/24th Jada Toy a few weeks ago. I was killing time in my local Target I decided to take a trip down the toy aisle for the first time since I was a kid. I stumbled across a sick looking Scion XB. I bought it and fell in love. I quickly went online to buy more. I have purchased ALL 1/18th scale. I bought a Mitsubishi EVO in yellow. I bought a Buck Grand National throw back, a Subaru STI in flames with grey, and a limited edition Camaro in black chrome. I havent opened the Subaru or the Camaro. I guess the Camaro is limited edition.
Should I keep them in the boxes to hold value? Should I open them or keep them in the boxes? Is the 1/18th scale the best size to collect? I bought all mine on Ebay and paid about 30/35 for them each. Is there a better place to buy them?
I saw some sick yellow BMW's on Ebay Europe with LED's. How do I get my hands on a BMW 1/18th scale.
If anyone has any advice for a noobie collector that would be great.

that black chrome special edition camaro you probably WILL be forced to open it .... :D (personal experience) ......
