I was told over on the MM board at Joe's that JL has just aquired a new import car designer from another diecast company. Does this mean we are going to be seeing more imports/tuners in our future?

Hi RL,
I would hope so, but not tuners.

I would prefer to see however would be some cool Datsuns, Toyotas and other Japanese makes from the 60's and 70's.

A green candy chrome Zinger '71 240Z would be awsome!

I am in agreement with Peter. I would really like to see some older imports done stock. I'd like to see a '68 Datsun 1600 Fairlady. Those were pretty cool. I'd also like to see a few Fiats. More specifically, a 500 Abarth, a 128, and a 124 Spider. Of course, the Topolino is always a good choice. I'd also like to see a 1967 Alpha Romeo Giulia GTA Sprint. Those are just beautiful, and probably my favorite Italian car.

Yes sir! I love these things. I know Mattel did a Lancia Stratos, but it would be great to see one of those too. Oh yeah, I would also like to see a Bugatti Veyron W18. That car is awesome.

I would love more imports. Not all of us focus on just classic American muscle cars. I love my muscle cars, but I also have a soft spot for pretty much any kind of car.

I wouldn`t mind seeing some nice cars and no riced out ones. 240`s,260`s,280`s,300`s,early supra`s to the latest ones, datsun 510`s,hopefully they won`t go overboard with them though because imports can wear their welcome out quickly.
