Do Muscle Machines still have chase cars in their current releases?

I don't think they ever put out real chase cars in any release... they did do hobby only and on-line cars they considered kinda 'chase', but that kinda sucked...wish they would put out some kinda chase car u could find thrown in a normal release at a major retailer...
someone posted above about "white lightning" MM's, .. sorry, those are not white lightnings, Johnny Lightnings name, and they aren't as rare either... the white tires were put out as a set, mostly in hobby only places and I beleive, on-line places....

Actually, there were some white tire variations that were limited to small production runs......I have two different cars with stickers on the card stating "1 of 1496"

Also, MM did insert a few "raw" cars a few years ago.......and those buggers are kinda pricey now :)

There were 'chase' cars in the last Christmas sets with the truck and three cars in it. One of the cars was in a gift box and there were only 100 of the chase cars released based on the information I gleaned from other postings. Otherwise the car in the box had a style similar to the cars outside of the box.

of all these posts above, did any one find any of these...I.E.; white tires, raw or the X-mas haulers at a normal retailer?

I seem to remember finding a raw 1/64 Camaro, hung up with the rest or the regulars, but it was at...u guessed it..a collector's shop...Hobby only case... I did buy it at the time for a little more, maybe 5 bucks, but long since traded it away...kinda regret that one...
but, again, I never saw any white tires or raw 0r Xmas Haulers at any normal spot (dept. store, wally world, Target, Meijer, T.R.U...) did I just miss them? by the way, Hobby Lobby gets hobby only releases and I don't have any Hobby Lobby anywhere near me, so I count those as Hobby shops with Hobby only releases...

the white wheeled cars are as someone said limited to 1496 cars each
they were sold at hobby shops and on'line dealers but some HOBBY LOBBYS
had them as well- i found 8 of the cars that are shown on the post above

the only real""CHASE"" car i would say would be the 100 cars that were in the
HOKIN' HAULERS that came out at xmas the chase car was shown on this post too

they also have toy show cars--get them at toy/or car shows and the ""RAW"" cars which are limited and hobby only.

but MM doesn't make TH or white lightning cars and us MM coll hope they stay that way!!

Pablo, I did in fact find both of my white tire Chase cars at my local Hobby Lobby. I do know that there are two more white tire chase cars hanging there right now.

Also, my local HL has a few of those Christmas Honkin' Haulers in stock...and on clearance for $10.

How the heck was that Christmas chase car found though??? In a regular Christmas Honkin' Hauler's set???

I found some cars with white tires at Hobby Lobby, and even seen some peg warmers with white tires at Hobby Lobby. Also found some with the Blue and Red tires at Hobby Lobby Lobby.

This one is one of the regular, "Non-chase" versions of the Crown Vic. IMO, this looks better then the metalflake "Chase" version but it certainly isn't as exclusive.

I have an extra set of the Holiday Haulers I could sell if anyone wants one. I carefully opened and reassembled it looking for the 'chase' car. No luck in my sets.

Were the Race Versions considered a chase car? These came out in the C release in 2001 and in the September 11th cars that same year. They had die cast metal bases and plastic "Diamond Edge" racing wheels. The C releases came with stickers.

Not sure if they were considered chase cars but more like limited edition type. None the less, they too were hard to find and still are.

I was just in a HL in another town nearby and found a blue Impala with the white tires and "limited" sticker on it. That was a surprise since those were released quite awhile ago.

for alot of "limiteds" , which I guess we are considering the "chase" cars, check out this guys auctions... I have nothing to do with him, but was bidding on one of his double logo cars, unsuccessfully I might add...

Looks like he must have walked into some store a while ago just after they put out all the RAW cars and proceeded to empty the shelves.
