Sorry for the corny title, but eh, I live toys...

Today it's trains. The first two pics are original Tootsietoys from the 40s, the Engine is from the No 186 Fast Train Set made in 1940, the Box car was sold individually as well as the Cabooses both from the 40s. The third pic is a remake that Tootsietoy did in the 1980s or 1990s, from the original 1940s molds.

choo choo thats what kids called the old steam trains . looks funny to see the little white rubber wheels on a engine .they were before my time but i like all the old toys .
i guess its because they were played with and not left sitting in a display case or blister pack. nice old toys .look forward to the next ones .

The engine must really have some weight to it. The tank car would be enought to make any wl collector take notice. :D Thanks.
