ok, so I am new to the RC car world and I am begining the get into things. But my only question is can I upgradfe my moter I have not from a t20 to something else. Do all moters work with all cars?

Generally all motors designed for RC cars/trucks will fit in most cars/trucks. You can upgrade the motor but you have to keep the "turns" of the motor above the rated capacity of the speed control.
