I recently got this in an auction lot at a nearby sale. It's an old 1997 kit of The USS Mission Capistrano, a U.S. Navy T2-SE Type Oiler ship. The box is wrinkled, and appears to have some water damage, but the kit inside is still sealed in plastic, and has the original decals and instructions included.
I don't build ship models, so, I thought I'd throw it out there for anyone into WWII ship kits. I saw one on evilbay going for around 25, but with the box condition, I thought I'd ask 15 for it. It doesn't give a scale on the kit, but the box is about a foot and a half long, and as I said, it's still sealed inside. The ship is as long as the box is, so it's a good size model.
If interested, just mail me at Scorpitat@Comcast.net. Thanks for lookin' gang!
