Hey Team Mate. I've stayed up a there few times and there are a bunch of motels pretty close. Red Roof not too far. Econo Lodge(I think) is real close too.

Informal tune-up race this Saturday night...guys from all over the region to run some B/L and Stock racing. Doors open at noon, racing starts at 6...

I stayed at the Super 8 last year on the way back and also for ASA events in years past. It would be a good chioce. :thumbsup:

Kind of like a pre-regionals warm-up race as we will host the Region 8 Oval race next year in March.

Being that this is not a required pre-sign up race not sure on class count totals. I see stock and Brushless being the biggest classes I know the 19t class will be ok if all who said they were going to make it show, I'm sure mod will have plenty.

This is going to be a yearly race so I hope it gets bigger every year last year was a blast. Good racing and good people to hang with.

Hey guys, I stayed at the Rodeway Inn at 70 and 7th last weekend. I talked to the desk guy tonight and he can give us a group rate. The Super 8 that Sonny talked about is just right up the street I think.The motel is only about 5 minutes from the track
It cost us $39.76 with tax last week, he told me he would give the racers a discount. Tell the person, you are there for the RC race at Fastlane RC Raceway.

Should be a great race.

In the 4300 brushless class the Novak GTB and LRP Sphere are OK to use. It was brought to my attention and I conversed with some fellow Brushless racers and that it would be in better intrest for those to be OK'ed for the Grand Nats and for the class all together.

4300 classes Must use Novak Brushless 4300 Motor, you can use any Novak Brushless controller or the LRP Sphere.

Hey guys, anybody make reservations at the Rodeway Inn yet? One guy I talked said they would give a discount for the race. I called the motel tonight and another guy gave me a higher rate than I could get going through the internet.

This guy gave me a race rate of $39.

We will open at 4pm close up around 9pm. Got wife and kid at home must keep them happy since I will be gone all weekend, if ya get close call we will leave the light on for ya . :wave: call we will see whats going on. I will be there super early Sat morning too Mike.

Hey everyone if you are staying at the Roadway Inn make sure they give you a price of $35 bucks a night. Some guys have had a problem with that.

Tonight marks the beginning of four straight days of oval Madness at Fastlane. Club race tonight, Grand Nats practice tomorrow, Qualifying on Saturday and Mains on Sunday...I'll be getting even more track time than I did at the Birds this year, wohoo! :thumbsup:

Well now the internet motel site has raised the rates for this weekend. Now it makes the $39 race rate look good. Just Tuesday night it was at $35.

Everyone should just bring there sleeping bags. Crash at the track.
