Barclay was a big manufacturer of lead alloy cars, I can't find a lot of info about this particular model but it does say Barclay and the number 317 after it, I'm sure there is plenty of them on eBay (http://www.dpbolvw.net/click-1606754-2202639) . It's 3.75 inches long. Love those original tires.
