I need to know why my primer bulb(it has a hole in the center of the bulb) leaks when I fill the gas tank ?

If you have gas leaking out of the primer bulb, you probably have a leaky needle or a bad float. I'm guessing this engine is hard or even impossible to start?

exactly, i strongly recommend its fixed, it uses a float type carb right? well also i'd smell that oil, and change it.... if gas is in the oil, thats more trouble if it is run like that.
