i have a pull start engine and ran it yesterday trying to tune it. after ten minutes herd a little pop. checked to see what it is but cant figure it out :confused: . try to start it again but dosent want to pull!!! can u guys please help!! :cry: ! o yeah i have a smartech!

Im sorry to tell you this... You Blew It.. To me it sounds like the conecting pin on the crank broke, or the conecting rod broke and one of these problems is causing everything to be locked up.

Did you pull the glowplug out and try to turn the motor over? You might be lucky and its just fuel locked, doesent sound good though :(

well just finished taking the motor apart and my cylinder is blown. :( just the rod thoe. the piston and sleeve still looks good. :) wondering if i can just replace that or do i need a new motor. and how can i replace that. i have a smartech single speed. size .15

you can just replace the rod go to your local hobbyshop and tell them what motor you have and see what they have? or call the manufacture of the motor and ask them how much a rod is and if it is a fair price get it?

also how old is the truck and the motor? it might be waranted? just woundring.
