I got this mower that a person had left in a shed I put a kit in the carb and cleaned out the tank after hooking everything back up when it starts it runs at one speed the throttle cable is free moving but does not change the speed up or down :confused:

check to make shir you hooked all the linkage back up.

also make sure the throttle cable isn't broken.
