Be nice if the weather cooperated a little so the out of towners can get in and out. Hopefully the turnout will be better this year. Be nice to see a winterblast of years past.

any mod 1/10, or any 1/12 classes at the winterblast?

You in for some 12th mod Mike? I'm in, just let me know, didn't do it last year, but the year before I did and had a great time with it. Will be 10th mod for sure, maybe this year we can get Scott to run his own car. We should do 12th mod on Sunday.

I don't care if it's 1/12 mod or 19 turn. I would think he should offer a 1/12 scale class. It would probally be esier to get people to race if it was 19 turn, but i'm game for either one. i need to get some new parts done and tested for the 1/12 anyhow.

Sounds to me like it's a done deal then, 12th was offered last year, but with the small turnout caused by the snow, only 12th 19 turn was run with just four cars I think. We need to get it on the schedule this week, so folks know as soon as possible. Any thoughts on what we will all run and what day we would like to do it on?

I'd personally like to run 1/12th 19t on Saturday instead of the dreaded stock, and 1/10th 19t Sunday. But that's just me, llike that matters.......... :rolleyes:

Why is stock dreaded ? We just had the best racing in a long time this past sunday and we ran stock.I think about 12 or so cars were within a lap.And you finished third.

I'm not sure if Chad has been opening on Friday's yet, they may still be racing outside for a couple weeks more. Not sure if he's waiting for that to finish. I'd give him a call to find out for sure.

I remember in years past being up stairs watching the guys run outside, it was a blast to watch from the rc track.

If I'm correct, Chad was asked not to open during times of scheduled events outside. We did run once this summer when they were running outside, but they were running a make up and it wasn't scheduled.

So January 20-21-22 2006 is the date for the winter blast???Need to put in for time off,so I need to know the dates...

I'm happy with it for the first day out. I know there's alot more in it, made some changes for the last run and it was alot better but I still need to go more. I heard you did well last night at Marshall's. Looks like everyone will be at Maximus next weekend. I thought the race was on saturday, but since it's Sunday maybe I'll make an appearance. I'll check with you if I get there. I'll put together a set up sheet of what I had and send it to you. later, Bill

51 4:00 was TQ And you heard it here first The Captain won.

Me TQ, Zarelli 2nd TQ, the bat had my number in the main. After repeated door slammings the bat went for the neck and the Captain sailed thru for the win. good close racing , a little hotter this week upstairs.
New GP's ran awesome, and the overtaker looked good you should bite his setup.....
