I was at a Wal mart today and came across a couple of the mb superkings. The roadrunner looked pretty nice, but why the hefty price tag? any idea?

TheDarkCutlass 08-22-2005, 09:12 PM Don't know, but i still shelled out the $10 for that 442 :) MoparNut360 08-22-2005, 09:18 PM I didn't see a 442,just the roadrunner and a camaro I think. Maybe I'll wait until I find a deal on em,I wouldnt mind seeing the challenger as well. craftymore 08-22-2005, 09:21 PM I have seen all four of them including the 70 Chevelle. They are nice castings but at $10, they are too rich for my blood! Zach edseldave 08-23-2005, 12:39 AM I have seen all 4 . Didnt like the colors or wheels on most . Looks like 'maybe' using castings from past Matchbox collectibles line . Although dont remember there being a Cutlass casting before . mikelightning 08-23-2005, 08:43 AM I like them they are heavy die cast body and base! $10 bucks is steep it took me about 4 or 5 times of seeing them before I broke down and bought the first three Chevelle, 442 ans Roadrunner. ALEX 08-26-2005, 07:19 AM They are sitting on the shelfs here. I havn't seen one bought yet. The castings & colors are nice, but there is very little detail for a $10 1/43 car. The wheels look cheap also. I bet these all go on clearence along with the Hot Wheels "RIMS", after X-Mas. Dave_anto364 08-26-2005, 07:57 PM I agree with Alex, the wheels are more like the 1/43rd Burago cars that run for 2.99. plankowner 08-26-2005, 08:00 PM They seem to be moving pretty good at the local Wally World. I like the Mustang but not yet ready to pay that price. Lightningrick 08-27-2005, 07:39 AM 70 Chevelle HUH? vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
