buy a flywheel puller made for it, other ways by prying and hitting on it, will produce the same thing, but can crack the case, or the flywheel if not careful

What's a flywheel puller? :p

I've always used the ol' pry bar and soft face hammer trick. Just loosen up the bolt/nut on the flywheel, pry up a bit on the flywheel and give the bolt/nut a tap with the hammer. Rotate the engine a 1/4 turn and repeat.

The same trick works on 2 cycle equipment, but you have to pry up on the flywheel with a screw driver right where the flywheel key sits. When you do this, a single blow from a hammer will make it come right off.

well, more safer way, of course i do myself pry at it and hammer it, a briggs case is alot more stronger then a tec.
