how many turns out should the needle on the bottem be ? then the one on the side ,which one will let it idle but also let it rev up i get black smoke from exhaust but starts right up and choke is completely open but yet the black smoke like over choke or too rich /to much fuel on bottom screw ?

1.5 turns out, from going all the way in, snug but don't wrench on it or you will damage the needle. then adjust till it can be thrown into full throttle, with little to no lag.
