Are those establishing shots really Cheyenne Mt.? I know they have cooperation with the USAF, I was just curious.

Couldn't say for sure, but the shots look similar to the shots from wargames

Yup, those establishing shots are the entrance to NORAD (drove past Cheyenne Mountain again the other day). And I'm not certain, but the shots where they show the blast doors closing inside the tunnel to seal off the base (they've used them once or twice) may be actual location shots, too.
